Adults are human or other animal that has attained full growth.The biological definition of the term refers to the animal has reached sexual maturity, which makes it capable of reproducing. In the human context adults have meanings associated with the legal and social world. In contrast to a non-adult or "minor", a legal adult is at the point of majority, and therefore is considered an independent, self-sufficient person and responsible. They are also known as"major. "major". The point at which a person becomes an adult legally is 18; however, the definition of legal maturity may differ based on the legal or country system, as well as the state of their mental health.

At the point that a person reaches intellectual and physical maturity, this is known as adulthood. Adulthood, as it is commonly understood, starts around the age of either 20 or 21. The middle age stage, which begins at about 40 years, is followed by old age at about 60 years old. Adulthood is divided into three distinct stages early adulthood (18-30 years) middle adulthood (30-60 year olds) and late adulthood (60%-60 60%). At the beginning stage of adulthood (between 20-40), our bodies are at their peak of maturity although our height and weight could increase slightly. When we reach early adulthood, our physical abilities are at their highest levels. These include muscle strength and speed of reaction.
